Butler, Octavia E. Photo album: Tambopata River

    Manuscripts

1 photograph: color; 13x9cm. Tambopata National Reserve, Peru. Note: "High, eroding banks, mudflats barren islands, islands with vegetation, fallen trees. The Tambopata is not as large as the Napo or the Amazon - at least it wasn't between Puerto Maldonado + Explorer's Inn. For that distance however, the banks and islands of the T.P. were more varied + interesting than what I saw on the Napo + Amazon. (No livable islands.)"
