A colorful lithograph on linen vellum. The subdivision is part of the South Riverside Land and Water Company, then within San Bernardino Co. The folder contains contracts for both town lots and colony lands. Auburndale St. exists in Norco, but this subdivision south of the Santa Ana River seems to be within the Prado Dam area.
