    Big Creek, Florence Lake Dam - Extrados of Arch No. 53. Upper portion has an experimental waterproofing coat of Barrett Waterworks Enamel reinforced with Osnaburg fabric. The second dark partion is the start of a raw linseed oil application over the remainder of the arch. The enamel was applied during November and December 1941.
