Know Before You Go
Huntington Admission Required
- Visiting the Rose Garden Tea Room requires purchasing admission to The Huntington. When planning to visit the Tea Room, please purchase a separate ticket to The Huntington for the same day as your Tea Room reservation.
Tea Room Reservations
- For parties up to 6 guests, reservations may be made online through OpenTable.
- For parties of 7 or more guests, contact the Tea Room directly at tearoom@huntington.org.
- For private dining, please read our reservation policy for large groups.
- Rose Garden Tea Room Private Room Reservation
- The Herb Room and the Shakespeare Room can be booked in 2.5-hour time increments during regular business hours. For more information on booking a private dining room, see our reservation policy and email the Rose Garden Tea Room manager at gina.moscozo@cafebonappetit.com.
- Private Events can be booked in the Rose Garden Tea Room during non-business hours between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Wednesday through Monday and all day on Tuesday when we are closed to the public. For more information on hosting a private event, please reach out to specialevents@huntington.org.
Additional Information
- Reservations are strongly recommended. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis but are not guaranteed. Please note we are unable to accommodate late parties at our last seating.
- Online reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
- There is a 10-minute grace period for reservations. After 10 minutes your reservation will be released to waiting walk-ins.
- Please do not divide your party into multiple reservations, as each OpenTable reservation will be treated as individual and will not guarantee adjacent tables.
